Gatherings blend integrative tools, mindset work and mind-body practices in a warm, supportive setting guided by Elizabeth.

What guides The Elevate Collective
Elizabeth guides the gathering with an integrative perspective informed by her work as a transformational life coach and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The Collective itself is a community gathering, not group psychotherapy and participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Conversation, guided reflection and mind-body practices may be part of the experience. Members are invited to engage in ways that respect their own boundaries and the privacy of others. The goal is not to prescribe one version of growth, but to create a thoughtful setting where people can notice what they are learning and decide what they want to carry forward.
The Collective meets in San Juan Capistrano and serves the Orange County community in English and Spanish. Because spots open in limited groups, the waitlist is the best way to express interest and receive details when space becomes available.
