1. Agreement

By accessing or using the website elevatewithelizabeth.info (the "Site"), purchasing products or programs, or engaging any service offered by Elevate with Elizabeth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any services.

2. Services Description

Elevate with Elizabeth offers the following categories of services and products:

• Life Coaching & Transformational Coaching — individual and group coaching sessions focused on personal growth, clarity, and goal achievement.
• Digital Courses & Programs — self-paced online courses, group programs, and memberships delivered via the Site.
• Physical Wellness Products — printed books, workbooks, journals, and curated wellness kits shipped to your address.
• Events & Retreats — live workshops, virtual gatherings, and in-person retreats.
• Speaking & Educational Content — keynotes, workshops, and educational material for professional audiences.

Elizabeth Cappelletti, MA, LMFT provides services through her private practice at the Mind-Body Wellness Center. Therapy services are governed by a separate therapeutic agreement and applicable California law.

3. Payment & No-Refund Policy

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods presented at checkout.

All sales are final. All purchases — including digital products, online courses, programs, memberships, coaching packages, and physical goods — are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. The sole exception is damaged or defective physical items, which will be replaced (not refunded) when reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing Elizabeth@elevatewithelizabeth.info. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Pricing changes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, audio, video, course materials, workbooks, and branding — is the property of Elevate with Elizabeth and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Digital products purchased are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login credentials or course access with others is prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• Use the Site and services only for lawful purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Site or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate with Elizabeth and Elizabeth Cappelletti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or products — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the event.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
