The Mind-Body Wellness Center is the integrative private practice of Elizabeth Cappelletti, MA, LMFT — founded on the belief that lasting healing requires more than talk therapy alone. Located in San Juan Capistrano and serving south Orange County, the center brings together the clinical rigor of licensed psychotherapy with the forward momentum of transformational coaching and the somatic depth of mind-body healing modalities.
Elizabeth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, transformational life coach and trained breathwork facilitator with over 20 years of experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions and the call toward something deeper. She draws from EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS, clinical hypnotherapy, sound healing and brainspotting — blending evidence-based clinical tools with integrative and holistic practices tailored to each person.
The center offers individual therapy, intensive EMDR sessions, 1:1 coaching, group programs, online courses and self-paced healing resources — for clients ready to do the full work.
